Our founders, Lyle Beasley and Bob Rolfe, are seasoned executives with successful track records tackling tough business challenges.  Our complementary strengths and exceptionally deep networks deliver the talent, energy, and experience necessary to drive positive change. We consistently deliver successful outcomes for our stakeholders including employees, management teams, customers, and previous owners.

West End Holdings managing partner, Bob Rolfe, returns to the company after five years serving as commissioner of Tennessee Economic & Community Development.
